Moving on up...

Yup. I heard from Mr. Editor and he says the series proposal was very well conceived and particularly liked the first two stories. Woohoo!! He has requested the synopsis and three chapters from the first book. He answered my revision questions and I'll have to go unplugged to get the partial ready.

I just wanted to check-in with you guys to see how everyone was enjoying summer so far?! Anyone with exciting news or wanting to vent?

Congrats!!!!!!! Yay for you!!!

Summer is good so far! Just trying to promote my book! And work on the sequel. And edit my piece to submit to my editor. And do some fun things with the kids.

So much for those lazy days of summer. :)

That is great news, Chelle! Good luck!

My big summer news is that I have a book being published on Monday by Carina Press. That's three days, six hours, and 23 minutes away but who the heck is counting?? :-) Gulp!

Stephanie and Liz...I'd like to set up author interviews for my blog if you guys are interested in talking about your books?!

Woo hoo! CONGRATS! So exciting.
My good news is that I'm signed up for RWA in Orlando next month. Not nearly as exciting as yours but it's all I got. lol.

Happy Friday!

That's fantastic news! I don't have any news other than the fact that this Kindle project is kicking my butt. After going over the manuscript line by line and taking out anything that Kindle hates - like tabs and symbols, I uploaded the book and there are all kinds of crazy formatting errors in it that aren't in my original. I'm going to bed ...

Karen ~ Thanks, girl! Hope you had a great Friday as well!

Chicki ~ LOL. So sorry your formatting is being a pain. That sucks, honey. Did you get it figured out?!

Diane ~ Thank you!! I didn't get much done this weekend. Ugh. Back at it bright and early though. ;)
